Privacy Policy.

Last updated: August 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how P50 Digital LLC and its affiliates collect, use, store, and disclose personal information about visitors and users of Local Fiber Internet (localfiberinternet.com) and related services. Please read it carefully. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described below.

01Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how P50 Digital LLC and our parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collect, use, store, and disclose personal information about visitors, users, and customers ("you" or "your") of our website at localfiberinternet.com and any affiliated sites, subdomains, mobile versions, applications, and online media we operate and control (the "Service"). Your use of the Service is also governed by our Terms of Use and E-Sign Disclosure.

"Personal Information" means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked to a particular individual or household, including Sensitive Personal Information as that term is used in applicable privacy laws.

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.

02Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, the Service, or the law. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised. Changes take effect when posted, and continued use of the Service after that constitutes acceptance.

03Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under sixteen (16), and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from anyone under sixteen. If you believe we have, write to privacy@p50digital.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

04Information We Collect

Identifiers

  • First and last name
  • Mobile or landline telephone number
  • Email address
  • Service address, mailing address, and ZIP code
  • IP address and approximate geographic location

Sensitive Personal Information

  • Transaction information. Payment and billing details used to purchase products or services from a third-party provider, where applicable.
  • Verification information. A Social Security number or equivalent identifier, used solely for identity or credit verification with a third-party provider where that provider requires it to process the order you have asked us to place.

Except as stated above, we do not request government-issued identification or financial account credentials unless it is necessary to fulfill your request. You may ask us to limit the use or disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information by writing to privacy@p50digital.com.

4.1 Information you give us

When you submit a form, request an availability check, or otherwise inquire through the Service, you provide information such as your name, phone number, email address, service address, and ZIP code. When you then speak with us by phone, text, or email — including through automated systems — you may provide transaction or verification information in connection with an order you ask us to place.

4.2 Affiliate and referral information

The Service receives traffic from third-party affiliates and publishers. In connection with your visit or submission we may collect or receive:

  • Referring URLs and traffic source identifiers
  • Affiliate, publisher, and partner identifiers
  • Click identifiers, transaction identifiers, sub-IDs, and campaign parameters such as UTM tags
  • Landing page version and the version of the consent disclosure displayed to you
  • Timestamps, IP address, user agent, and device metadata

This information supports consent recordkeeping, traffic attribution, fraud prevention, auditing, and compliance.

4.3 Information collected automatically and by our tracking partners

We and our partners collect limited technical information automatically, including IP address, user agent, timestamps, page URLs, referring page, and basic analytics, for security, fraud prevention, debugging, attribution, and compliance purposes. Specifically:

  • Lead certification. We use ActiveProspect's TrustedForm to create an independent, third-party certificate documenting your interaction with the form and the consent language displayed to you at the time you submitted it. That certificate is stored with your record and may be shared to substantiate consent.
  • Call tracking. If you call a number shown on the Service, our call-tracking provider may record the number you dialed, your caller ID, call time and duration, routing data, and the marketing source associated with your visit. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality, training, and compliance purposes where permitted by law, and you will be notified where notice is required.
  • Affiliate attribution. Our affiliate-tracking platform sets and reads identifiers to attribute your visit and submission to the publisher that referred you.
  • Advertising and analytics. Where we run paid advertising, we may deploy advertising or conversion pixels supplied by advertising platforms. Any such use is described here and is subject to your opt-out rights in Section 12.

05How We Use Personal Information

We use Personal Information to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • Confirm what internet service is available at your address and respond to your inquiry;
  • Present offers, explain plan terms, and place an order with a provider on your behalf where you ask us to;
  • Communicate with you by phone call (including autodialed or prerecorded calls), SMS, email, and ringless voicemail, consistent with the consent you gave;
  • Send marketing and promotional communications in compliance with applicable law;
  • Maintain consent, audit, and compliance records;
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
  • Protect the rights, property, and safety of Company, our users, and others;
  • Meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

06How We Disclose Personal Information

6.1 Providers, service providers, and business partners

To do what you have asked us to do, we share Personal Information with:

  • Internet service providers and their authorized representatives — including AT&T — so that availability at your address can be confirmed and an order can be placed. Once your information reaches a provider, that provider's own privacy policy governs its handling of your information.
  • Technology and operations vendors, including our lead management and customer relationship platforms, telephony and SMS providers, call-tracking and call-recording providers, hosting and infrastructure providers, and analytics providers.
  • Compliance and fraud vendors, including ActiveProspect (TrustedForm) for consent certification and litigation or Do Not Call scrubbing services.
  • Marketing partners and affiliates for attribution and reconciliation of the traffic that produced your inquiry.

These vendors act on our behalf and are bound by contractual confidentiality and use restrictions. Each third party is responsible for its own privacy and communications practices.

6.2 Business transfers

Personal Information may transfer as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of all or substantially all of our assets, or transition of the Service to another operator. You will be notified of any such change as required by law.

6.3 Legal and safety disclosures

We may disclose Personal Information where required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) enforce our agreements; (b) respond to a claim that content violates a third party's rights; (c) protect the rights, property, or safety of Company, our users, or the public; or (d) cooperate with law enforcement or a government investigation.

07Retention

We keep Personal Information only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described here, meet our legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements. Consent records — including TrustedForm certificates and associated metadata — are retained for at least the period applicable law requires, which for TCPA purposes may be five years or longer.

08Your Communication Choices

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time:

  • Email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or write to privacy@p50digital.com.
  • Text messages. Reply STOP, END, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, CANCEL, or any other reasonable opt-out request to any message you receive.
  • Phone calls. Tell the caller you want to be added to our internal Do Not Call list, or write to privacy@p50digital.com.

We honor all reasonable revocation requests as required by law. If you opt out of marketing, we may still send transactional messages about a request or order you initiated.

09Data Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information against accidental, unauthorized, or unlawful access, use, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10International Transfers

The Service is operated in the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, your Personal Information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection law may differ from that of your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to that transfer and processing.

11Notice for the EEA, UK, and Switzerland

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process Personal Information on one or more of these lawful bases: your consent, performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, or our legitimate interests such as fraud prevention and improving the Service. You may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, or port your Personal Information, and to withdraw consent or object to processing. Write to privacy@p50digital.com to exercise them.

12U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Know what categories of Personal Information we collect and how we use and disclose them;
  • Access a copy of the specific Personal Information we hold about you;
  • Request deletion of your Personal Information;
  • Request correction of inaccurate Personal Information;
  • Opt out of certain processing, including "sharing" and "targeted advertising" as those terms are defined by applicable law;
  • Limit the use and disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information.

To exercise any of these, write to privacy@p50digital.com or use the mailing address below. We respond within the timeframes the law requires, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

"Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information"

We do not sell Personal Information for monetary consideration as that term is defined under U.S. privacy laws. To the extent that our sharing of Personal Information with providers, marketing partners, or affiliates as described in Section 6.1 is treated as a "sale" or "share" under certain state laws, you may opt out by writing to privacy@p50digital.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share."
